Disclosures
According to federal lending guidelines, loan transactions greater than $250,000 require a full appraisal. For transactions $250,000 or less, depending on property value, this HomeValuePower estimate may be considered in processing a loan application. Appraisals generally (but may not always) fall into the value estimate ranges noted above. HomeValuePower estimates are produced from multiple sources including public record data, automated valuation techniques, home value indices, plus information provided by you. The first result is the HomeValuePower estimate value of the property that may be used as part of a lending decision with SunTrust Bank. The second is a value range that estimates what a residential property would possibly sell for under normal market conditions, based on the data provided and available. No representations or warranties as to the accuracy and completeness of the HomeValuePower estimate, or the public record data used to provide the estimate, are made or implied.
Additional valuation methods, including an appraisal, may be required.
